However, stallions can be gelded. 5) You may change mane or tail style. 6) When the horse is old enough to compete, please register the horse with the appropriate discipline association (ES). 7) Should you want to sell the horse, you have to contact the CLOUD 9 EQUESTRIAN CENTER's owner, Amanda Strait, first to see if we want the horse back. 8) Horses will not be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may send applications for more than one horse, but you’re only likely to buy one horse, unless proven otherwise. 9) We reserve rights to reclaim horse(s) if our terms are broken, or if the owner becomes inactive. 10) Horse must be active in community. Terms of BreedingIn order to make the foal, C9EC follows these guidelines:
1) Allowed breeds for breeding with the specific stallions are mentioned on their profiles. Unless otherwise discussed. 2) Stud fees must be sent before the mare is bred. The stud fee is not paid, the mare will not be bred. When the fee is paid in full, at that time, and that time only, the mare will be bred. 3) Conformation or coat of foal shall not be changed. UNLESS it stops the foal from being registered. 4) Mane and tail lengths and styles of foal may be changed. Not the color. 5) Any white markings that the foal is born will stay. 6) Gender is chosen randomly through the game. 7) Any drastic conformation issues are fixed (giant heads for example) 8) Photos of the foal and its adult conformation are sent to the owner, unedited and un-posed. 9) Foals are sent to the owner within a week (7 normal days) after the foal is born. Unless otherwise stated. 10) Mares must be sent in ".sim" file. The mare's file will not be returned, once the foal is born. This file will be deleted entirely after transaction is finished. Foals will be sent in ".sim" file as well. (unless discussed otherwise) 11) Code word is phinnigan, include this in the application please. |
